Awesome experience during an extended stay for a work trip to the area. Great location for Fort Leonard Wood. The room was comfortable and in great condition with good proximity to plenty of restaurants. Recommend staying here if coming to the Fort Leonard Wood/St Robert area.
Great location. Cody checked me in and got me set up super quick. Smooth process. Only issue so far is that the pool is ice cold. Doesn't not feel as though the heater is working or turned on. Makes the pool somewhat useless
This is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in some “5-star” places. Pros: • Customer service: top tier • Price: affordable • Complimentary breakfast: a win • Amenities: everything you could need • Water pressure: perfection • Cleanliness: beyond measure We stayed here for a graduation at Fort Leonard Wood. The hotel is just a couple miles down the road, making it super convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby in St. Robert. The only minor issue was that our room wasn’t serviced while we were out—though that may just be something you have to request. Either way, it wasn’t a big deal. If I could, I’d want every hotel in the future to be exactly like this one. I am beyond pleased and would absolutely give it a 10/10 recommendation.
Fast service on arrival, check in was quick and room was available and ready, clean, stay was comfortable and quiet. Nickelodeon channel kept the kiddos busy and the breakfast was extra continental, had more stuff than I thought. Very nice place for anyone to stay, plenty of restaurants and surroundings of things to do in area as well. Came through to visit for nephews birthday. Would/will do it again. Thanks to all that worked in the last few days, Mary B the room looked great!
This place was nice. It is what i expect from a Marriott. Front desk was great. Room was awsome. Location was nicely located near restaurants and in walking distance.
Rooms are a bit noisy and thin walls, but not much interstate noise. My room was open, door wasn't latched, so I did a thorough walk thru. Notice another door on the floor wasn't latched either. Breakfast and coffee were good.
Cody gets all five stars for this review! He was nothing short of amazing when I locked my key in a semi and he went above and beyond to attempt to get it out for me. Customer service at its very best. He’s an awesome front desk employee!
This is a really good Fairfield. It's nicely renovated, and every aspect met or exceeded our expectations. At check in, Payton was friendly and very helpful. St. Robert is a convenient stop along Highway 44, and this is the hotel you want.
